Are you tired of not knowing WHAT to cook?

Maybe you're fed up with buying a bunch of healthy groceries - with the intention of cooking and eating them - but then you eventually throw them out when they go bad because you never cooked them?

I've been there. And I can help.

In this simple course, we're going to simplify your cooking habits so that you can sustainably make healthy, delicious meals. Forget a fad diet, this is the rest of your life we're talking about. Learn how to think about your food in a healthy way, and have a game plan under your belt for how to tackle your meals.

Never again do you need to step into the kitchen at 5pm wondering what to make for dinner.

Learn about how food affects us

There's a whole lot of information out there about what to eat or not eat on an anti-inflammatory diet. In this course, I've sifted through the research to synthesize the facts of clean, anti-inflammatory eating.

Figure out what works for YOUR body

In this course, we'll discuss how to discover what foods work for you. Each individual is different - and what works for one person isn't necessarily going to work for you. If you've felt like you're doing all the right things without getting the results you're looking for, this is for you.

Curriculum Overview

Section 1: How food fuels your body - this will be a brief overview of how food affects our bodies. We will look at how certain foods cause inflammation and others decrease inflammation. We'll also briefly discuss how to read food labels. This is an important foundation so that we can have the conviction to keep eating healthy and not just slip back into our old habits.

Section 2: How to figure out what foods work for your body - we will discuss elimination diets, finding your food sensitivities, and figuring out what healthy foods you can and will sustainably eat for the rest of your life. This is not a fad diet - this is for the rest of your life!

Section 3: Figuring out what meals work for your family - this is where we figure out what meals you can sustainably make that your family will actually eat. The goal for this course is for you to have a month's worth of meals that you feel confident your family will eat.

Section 4: How to make it easy on yourself - this is where we look at solutions for making meal prep easier and more sustainable for you and your family.

If you're tired of yo-yoing on your diet because you don't know what to cook or you're tired of eating the same old things, this is the course for you. You CAN stick to a healthy diet - and it will change your life for the better.
