Section 3: Meal Planning Time

Welcome to section 3 of the Anti-Inflammatory Meal Planning Course! In this section, the goal is to help you create a mega list of anti-inflammatory meals that you are EXCITED to eat. By the end of this section, you should have a month's worth of meals on your calendar that you can use for a monthly meal rotation.
